Range Rover Hits Suzuki Motorcycle on Telge

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A Range Rover hit a Suzuki motorcycle on Telge Road Thursday morning, April 18, 2013, killing the motorcyclist.

Dead is Cesar Lerman. Arrested by Harris County Sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of intoxication manslaughter was Mary Hadfield-Denison.

The fatal auto-motorcycle accident happened around 8:15 a.m. on Telge Road’s 15600 block close to Spring Cypress in northwest Harris County. No one else was injured.

Deputies indicated that Lerman was riding a 1998 Suzuki motorcycle while heading north on Telge when Hadfield-Denison, driving a Range Rover, failed to yield right of way when turning left into a business’s driveway, and the vehicles collided.

Lerman was taken by air to Memorial Hermann at the Texas Medical Center and died there.

Hadfield-Denison was tested for intoxication and then arrested.
